Bachmann Finishes Garver!

We’ve officially made it across the finish line at Garver! We still have tenant build outs to complete, and other small projects yet to happen at Garver, but what we have been lovingly calling the “Core & Shell” project (the $15M historical restoration) is done! From ruin to destination, in just three short years. Thanks to Madison Chamber and WisBusiness for the shout outs.
